Hello there, beautiful people!
I have realized that often we happen to like thing that we refused to try out in the past, therefore the conclusion of the week is: never stop trying and experiencing something new, you can never predict what will be your next favorite thing! You all know already – I am not a fan of black color. In any variations in combinations, in any outfits. BUT, recently I found myself being more and more fond of black color! Life is crazy, isn’t it? So, revamping my wardrobe is still in process and I decided to add couple bold things in… black. Let’s see:
- Black skinny pants that you have seen already: Burda’s narrow pants pattern 115 from 3/2014. I used raw stretch silk in black. Pattern is definitely a keeper. I had no problems with it, no adjustments made. In the same magazine issue they also had step-by-step instructions that helped greatly.
- Wrap blouse that you also have seen already, but in muted nude colors: Burda’s warp blouse pattern 04/2014, and the pattern itself is here. Fabric is glass organza, that is slightly see-through – therefore I wore black tank top underneath, just to feel comfy.
Accessories: as for accessories we have here a cut out rose bracelet, raspberry pink heels and black envelope clutch. Easy and sophisticated.
I love that wrap blouse on you! Gorgeous fabric and it works well with your outfit.
