Florals, once again!!! I don’t think I am going to get tired of floral print any time soon, at least not this season. On day 11 of #MMMay16 I am wearing me-made floral cap sleeve blouse and also me-made black cigarette pants, both garments are based on Burda Style patterns.
My sewing and wearing MeMadeMay’16 journey on Instagram, Pinterest and Bloglovin
Pattern: for blouse I used this Burda Style pattern, originally it features peplum, but this time I made it without one. For cigarette pants I used this Burda Style pattern and made almost no alterations to it, apart from excluding back pockets.
Fabric: for the top I used already known floral fabric, that I also used for THIS shift dress. Luckily, I am almost out of this fabric, meaning that I only have some smaller scraps left, so no more clothing made out of it 😉
Skills: novice – intermediate. Pants will require some knowledge, but top is pretty straight forward and easy for a beginners project. It only took me about 1.5 hrs to make it and I am more than pleased with a result.
Accessories: this wonderful red handbag was given me as a Christmas Gift by my lovely sister in-law. Thank you! 🙂 and this jacket is from H&M, I had it for quite some time. No judging looks, please 🙂
